| Description |
Guiding the process of transition from EI to 3 - 5 programming is an ever-evolving process. Families have many options, however the most common direction families are pointed in is to the local school district. This seminar will support SCs in better understanding how to help families navigate the transition process through the school district, as well as EI policies on transition guidelines.
