Report Writing and Sharing Information with Families

Early Intervention report writing must follow policies, procedures, and best practice while supporting the families understanding of their child's strengths and needs. This workshop is designed to support providers and service coordinators understanding of policies, procedures, and best practice and ensuring families understand their child's strengths and needs. The reports discussed will include initial eligibility, six month reviews, annual eligibility, and discharge reports.
