Description |
Programs serving families of young children are looking for a tool to tangibly discover and collaborate with them around strengths and needs. This one day training equips staff with a quality family assessment tool to be able to measure and track these elements. The Life Skills Progression assessment is a research proven tool for measuring a family’s life skills. This broad based instrument tracks family strengths and needs for parents and their children 0-3 years old, and measures program outcomes for families as required by many results-based funding sources.
Training participants learn the philosophy and approach to using the LSP tool and to accurately implement and score the tool with families.
