Unity is a flexible and robust AAC language system that can be used by beginning communicators and those with advanced language. With Unity, you have the ability to start small and think big. In this 90 minute product training participants will learn about the Unity language system, including low-tech strategies for implementation. The class will cover:
1) The guiding principles of Unity
2) Unity 1-hit
3) The five patterns of Unity Sequenced
4) Vocabulary Builder
5) Resources and Support
Hands-on practice is encouraged throughout the class, so come prepared to practice on a PRC device, PASS or Empower demo software.
