Reflective Practice in the Early Intervention Setting- December 2020

Description

CFC #14 is hosting an ongoing professional development series on reflective practice open only to Early Intervention providers. Priority will be given to CFC #14 providers. Case consultation along with field experience will be explored using a facilitated group process. Reflective practice as an essential tool to inform and enhance service delivery to children and families will be emphasized. Group will occur one time monthly for seven months lasting one hour each. This group will be facilitated by Tara Wellenreiter (CFC #14 Social-Emotional Consultant) and Malinda Cumbow-Radloff (CFC #14 Developmental-Medical Consultant). Due to the reflective nature of the group it will be limited to 10 participants. The topic for December 15 is Offer & Explore options with caregivers.
