The Bureau of EI and the EI Training Program has asked all providers who plan to conduct LVVs to enroll in a mandatory training to learn about conducting sessions via this method. Service coordinators need this information as well. In this training, we will review best practices and family-centered care as it relates to Live Video Visits. What to do to promote engagement, what to avoid, and how to best support families as they get used to this new platform of service delivery. It is important for service coordinators to know what to expect of a high quality live video visits, so they can field questions from all of the families they support.
