Assistive Technology During COVID-19 - An Update

Description

This two-hour workshop for Service Coordinators is designed to review the current situation with Assistive Technology in the Illinois Early Intervention System. The CFC6 Assistive Technology Coordinator will review the AT process at this point in the pandemic and a few AT vendors will provide a virtual show and tell of some of the newest, most requested types of adaptive equipment. It is important that our system addresses the situation of children who are waiting for equipment that will allow them to more actively participate in daily routines and family and community life.
