| Description |
CFC 1 Service Coordinators will participate in monthly professional development through reflective and case consultation group meetings. Group discussions will focus on themes and topics related to the work of the service coordinator. The goal of this group is to offer a space of support and reflection. During the reflective/case consultation group, service coordinators will share current cases focusing on strengths, challenges, and collaborative exploration of next steps - this format allows for the exploration of experiences and events from different perspectives. The CFC Infant/Early Childhood Mental Health Consultant will facilitate the group providing an opportunity for service coordinators to develop understanding and skills in relationship-based early intervention (EI).
